Plenty of footy later, with Wrexham, Bromley and Real Madrid all playing … Disappointed for the Cov fans last night, a hard fought game, but would have been nice to see a local team take more points !! But we will follow them again at the next game, for sure !! It’s a cracker of a day outside, if a little windy .. ( and that’s just the regulars)! A new week of sport kicks off with a Bank Holiday Monday packed with football. Today sees a full round of football league fixtures taking place, the highlight here is Coventry vs Hull (20:00) where a victory will all but secure a place in the Premier League for Frank Lamaprd’s Coventry next season. Midweek sees the return of European Football and the quarter final stages of the competitions. Arsenal will look to keep the ‘double’ alive as they travel to Sporting in the first leg (Tues 20:00) The undoubted highlight of the mid-week week though sees Liverpool travel to France to take on PSG (wed 20:00) The week of football concludes with a great 4:30pm kick off on Sunday as Chelsea hosts Manchester City is what could be a practice run for the FA cup final.
